Mix half a serving with 250ml of cold water and consume whenever you need a lift throughout the day. A clean, natural alternative to coffee or an energy drink.
To maximise sport performance:
Mix 1–2 servings with 500ml of cold water and consume before or during sport or training to sustain your stamina, maintain hydration, and keep your focus sharp from start to finish.

What does L-Theanine do?
L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves. When combined with caffeine, as it is in Endurance, it smooths out the energy curve, reducing the jitteriness and crash you can get from caffeine alone. The result is calm, focused, sustained energy rather than a spike and drop. Studies also show L-Theanine can help reduce anxiety and stress, which makes it a valuable addition for anyone who trains under pressure or has a high-stress lifestyle.
What does Beta Alanine do and why do I feel a tingling sensation?
Beta Alanine increases carnosine levels in your muscles, which helps buffer lactic acid build-up during intense exercise. This delays the burning sensation in your muscles and lets you push harder for longer. The mild tingling sensation some people feel (called paraesthesia) is a completely normal and harmless side effect of Beta Alanine, it typically fades within 15–20 minutes and becomes less noticeable with regular use.
