Before training (recommended): Mix 1–2 servings with 500ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before your session. The 50mg of natural caffeine gives you a clean, focused lift without the jitters of synthetic stimulants.
During training: Sip 1 serving mixed with 500ml of water throughout your session to maintain hydration and sustain amino acid availability for your working muscles.
Post-workout: Consume within 30 minutes of finishing your session ,when your muscles are most receptive to protein for repair and growth.

Why does Protein Performance cost more than the other Kahuna proteins?
Because it contains more. At 27g of protein per serving, the highest in the Kahuna range, it also includes 6.5g of BCAAs, 4g of Glutamine, Vitamin B12, and 50mg of natural caffeine. You would need to buy several separate products to replicate what is in one serving.
Is the caffeine safe? Will I get the jitters?
The caffeine in Protein Performance is natural, at 50mg per serving, roughly the equivalent of half a cup of coffee. Most people find it delivers a clean, focused energy lift without the jitteriness or crash associated with high-dose synthetic pre-workouts. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with one serving to assess your tolerance.

Can I use this as a meal replacement?
It can contribute to a meal but we would not recommend using it as a complete meal replacement on its own. Blend it with oat milk, a banana, and some nut butter to create a more calorie-complete post-workout meal in a glass.
I am fully plant-based, will I get enough B12 from this?
Protein Performance includes B12 in each serving, which helps address one of the most common nutritional gaps in plant-based diets. If B12 is a specific concern, we always recommend discussing with your GP or a dietitian to ensure your levels are optimal.
